Swim Lessons Start April 14

Open Swims

Swimmers are required to follow the guidelines for Covid-19. Social distancing and masks in public areas (change rooms, lobby) will be required. All ages welcome, children under 8 must be accompanied by someone 16 or older.

Call in to reserve your 45 min spot.

YMCA Swim Lessons:

We will be offering group swim lessons for Bobbers, Floaters and Gliders. Please call to register, as spaces are limited. All children must have a parent or guardian above the age of 16 in the pool at all times during each lesson.

Spa Pool:

The Spa Pool is a great place for relaxation and therapy. There is limited capacity to maintain social distancing while in the water. You are welcome to drop in or call the front desk to secure a spot.

WaterArt Arthritis:

This shallow water workout benefits people with various forms of Arthritis or painful joint conditions. Workout consists of a variety of modified positions and exercises to unload joints, improve posture, muscle strength, endurance, range of motion and balance.

WaterArt Aqua Fit:

Work up a sweat in the tot pool using a variety of equipment to improve your cardio level and build strength. We are currently running this program in our tot pool while the Main Pool is closed for maintenance. We have adapted the exercises accordingly, so expect a good work out! All levels (ages 12 and up).

Parent & Tot Swim:

A social swim time for young children and their adults

Splish & Splash:

An instructor led, baby and tot swim program to gain comfort in the water with games, songs and lots of splashing! Children and adults attend together (ages 0-3).

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Ratio = 1 Adult per 4 Children.

Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult age 16+ in the pool at arm’s reach.

Policy is to sign up for Swim times and Fitness classes:
Call the front desk after 7pm weeknights, after 3pm Saturday and Sunday.
You may also sign up the morning of scheduled swim.
