Fitness at the Fundy YMCA
Fitness is defined as the state of being physically fit and healthy. Being fit not only means physical health, but emotional and mental health, too. It defines every aspect of your health. Smart eating and active living are fundamental to fitness.
A well-rounded fitness program improves a person in all aspects of fitness.
Whatever your age or stage, there’s a YMCA health and fitness program to help you and your family achieve your goals and reach your full potential. And when you choose the Y, you get the added benefit of being part of our community, because it’s important to feel safe and welcome while working to improve your health.
