Fitness is defined as the state of being physically fit and healthy. Being fit not only means physical health, but emotional and mental health, too. It defines every aspect of your health. Smart eating and active living are fundamental to fitness.
A well-rounded fitness program improves a person in all aspects of fitness.

CARDIO & STRENGTH
Body Blast: A total body workout combining cardio
intervals with strength training drills sure to challenge you. All levels.
Cycle Fit: A 45 minute cycle class that combines sprints, hills and intervals for a challenging cardiovascular
workout. All levels.
H.I.I.T: High Intensity Interval Training alternates between
intense work intervals and brief less intense periods of rest. Both cardio and strength drills will be incorporated. Intermediate to advanced levels. Classes are held virtually.
Let’s Dance: A line dancing style with fast moving music for a higher intensity workout. Bring non skid shoes. All levels.
Line Dancing: A unique way to change up your fitness routine while having fun and learning a new dance style! Bring non skid shoes. All levels.
Muscle Mix: This class will focus on improving
muscle strength and endurance while using a variety of equipment. A great compliment to any cardio routine as well as adding to your strength training library. All levels.
Zumba: Join us for a Latin inspired workout that will get you smiling and your heart pumping! This cardiovascular workout is so much fun you will forget you are working out. All levels.
Rhythm Step: A cardio class using traditional step
aerobics for a cardiovascular workout with drumsticks for rhythm movement and fun. All levels.
Spin and Stretch: A cardio workout, work up a sweat and have fun. This class takes you through a spinning routine to get your legs moving and your heart pumping followed by a cool down and stretch. All levels.
STRETCH: Enjoy a relaxing full body stretch as you
improve your flexibility and mobility. All levels.
Active Yoga: Enjoy a mix of core and balance work with gentle stretching and relaxation. All levels.
Chair Yoga: A chair will be used to assist Vinyasa flow with twists, hip stretches, forward folds and more while seated or standing. All levels.
Restorative Yoga: This class is all about slowing down and working on flexibility through passive stretches with the assistance of gravity. You will leave feeling relaxed and
rejuvenated. All levels. Pre-registration is required.
Mindful Meditation: Learn how to train your attention and awareness achieving mental clarity and an
emotionally calm state. Focus will be on thought,
sensation or breath. All levels.
Yin Yoga: This class pairs movement with relaxation. The focus is building strength through flows, balance and breathing. We will prepare the body for longer holds
ending with restorative poses. Perfect for those new to yoga.
Pilates: A movement discipline that integrates body
awareness, breathing, flexibility, core strengthening, and co-ordination. Beneficial for all ages. All levels.
Taekwondo: Korean martial art combining self defense
techniques, sports, self discipline, focus and meditation. All levels.
Walk with the Doc: Join us the first Friday of the month for a walk with Dr Buchholz and other health care
professionals. Various health topics will be discussed
before heading upstairs to the track for a walk. FREE
